   भात मोकळा होण्यासाठी जाड बुडाच्या भांड्यात तूपावर किंवा तेलावर भिजवून घेतलेला तांदूळ थोडा परतावा. दिडपट ते पावणेदोन कप पाणी घालावे. medium high flame वर भात शिजू द्यावा आणि नंतर आच बंद करून वरून झाकण ठेवावे. भात तळाला चिकटणार नाही याची काळजी घ्यावी. भात शिजताना जास्त डिस्टर्ब करू नये त्यामुळे भाताची शिते मोडतात. वाफ मुरली कि हलक्या हाताना भात परातीत मोकळा करावा आणि लगेच पानात वाढावा.

    Dear Sir/madam,
    Its very useful and good but cant copy pest in msword kindly tell me how to get marathi font so that i can have soft copies of the same.
    If i try to take print online it print 4 to 5 pages for one single recipe.

    You can also have a separate section for non veg items & your receipes etc are perfect, I am a hotelier my self. Keep up the good work.
