Badam Mava Kulfi (English Version)
वाढणी: २-३ जणांसाठी
साहित्य:
३ कप दुध (होल मिल्क)
१/४ कप ताजा मावा (साधारण ४ टेस्पून)
१/२ ते पाउण कप साखर
१/३ कप बदामाचे काप
२ टिस्पून कॉर्न फ्लोअर
१/२ टिस्पून वेलची पूड
चिमूटभर केशर
कृती:
१) बदामाची पूड करून घ्यावी. दूध गरम करून आटवावे. आटवतानाच ३-४ मिनीटांनी साखर घालावी.
२) साधारण अर्धे होईल इतपत आटवावे. आटवताना सारखे ढवळत राहावे ज्यामुळे दूध भांड्याच्या तळाला लागणार नाही.
३) मावा हाताने मोकळा करून घ्यावा. त्यातील गुठळ्या हाताने मोडाव्यात.
४) दोन टेस्पून गार दूधात कॉर्न फ्लोअर मिक्स करावे, हे दूध आटवलेल्या दूधात घालावे व ढवळावे. हळूहळू दुध घट्टसर होईल.
५) दुध घट्टसर झाले कि वेलची पूड, केशर, मावा दुधात घालावा. थोडे गरम करावे. सर्व निट मिक्स करावे. मिश्रण थोडे कोमट झाले कि कुल्फीपात्रात किंवा हिंडालियमच्या पात्रात मिश्रण ओतून फ्रिजरमध्ये सेट करण्यास ठेवावे.
६) कुल्फी घट्ट झाली सर्व्ह करावे.

ReplyDeleteMe whole milk chya evaji LowFat Half and Half vaparale. Tasech mavyachya evaji LowFat Ricotta Cheese vaparale. Apratim zali. ani fakta 20 mins madhye zali ga. ( may half&half mule asel. faar aatavave laglech nahi) खूपच सुंदर आणि सहज सोपी. वैदेही, अनेक धन्यवाद. आता काय आंबा, केशर-पिस्ता....करू तेवढ्या व्हरायटी. :)

yes you can use evaporated milk. I don't know how many guests you have invited. If you are total 4 to 6 people...you will need 2 (or 2 and 1/2) cans of evaporated milk. Also add little normal milk to it as evaporated milk has very intense flavor..Boil it for few minutes and proceed according to the above method..

ReplyDeleteyou can make it with half and half. I think, you don't have to reduce the half and half because half and half has required consistency. So just boil it for few minutes Add corn flour mixture (Corn flour + little cold milk) and khoya..

yamule khup farak padto.. tasech jar kulfi set nasel zali tar kulfi mixermadhye barik firav tyamule gothaleli kulfi fluffy hote ani parat he mishran kulfi patrat set karayla lav.
Me Dairymadhala Taja Mava vaparala hota ani corn flour ghatlyavar mishram nast ghatt zala hota. Kulfi set naslyamule me Aluminiumchya pasarat bhandyat set keli hoti. Any way aata tar ti already barfi sarkhi khavun sampavali aahe, so next time mixermadhe ghalun barik karun try karen.
