Arvi Root Sabzi

Ingredients:
1/4 KG Arbi Roots
For Tempering: 2 tsp oil, 2 pinches mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red
chili powder, curry leaves
2 tbsp scraped coconut
Salt to taste

Method:
1) Peel Arbi and slice into julienne.
2) Heat oil into a kadai. Add mustard seeds, hing, turmeric powder, red chili powder and curry leaves.
3) Add Arbi julienne and saute. Saute till arvi cooks. Add coconut and salt to taste.

Tips:
1) You may add little garam masala or goda masala.
2) Little lemon juice will give nice tangy taste.
