Diwali Chakali Recipe in English

वेळ: ३५ मिनीटे (भाजणी तयार असल्यास)
नग: साधारण २० ते २२ मध्यम चकल्या

साहित्य:
१ कप चकलीची भाजणी
१ कप पाणी
१ टिस्पून हिंग
२ टिस्पून पांढरे तिळ
१/२ चमचा ओवा
१ टेस्पून लाल तिखट
१ टिस्पून तेल
चवीपुरते मिठ

कृती:
१) १ कप पाणी पातेल्यात उकळत ठेवावे. त्यात हिंग, लाल तिखट, तेल, ओवा, पांढरे तिळ आणि मीठ घालून ढवळावे.
२) पाणी उकळले कि गॅस बंद करावा, चकलीची भाजणी घालावी आणि ढवळावे. ७-८ मिनीटे झाकून ठेवावे.
३) कोमट पाण्याचा हात लावून पिठ मळावे.
४) चकलीच्या सो‍र्‍याला आतून तेलाचा हात लावावा म्हणजे पिठ चिकटणार नाही. सोर्‍यामध्ये चकलीच्या पिठाचा गोळा भरून चकल्या पाडाव्यात. मध्यम आचेवर चकल्या तळून घ्याव्यात.

    ho chalel, fakt ekdum vyavasthit garam panyat bhijavun ghyave. bhijavtana adhich chakali bhajanit tihkat mith ani itar jinnas ghalun ghyave. mix karun thoda vel zakun thevave mhanje bhajani changli fulel. ani nantar sadharan 15 minitanni, garajenusar komat panyacha hat lavun pithacha gola malava..

    I really felt bad that you consider recipe of chakali responsible for ruining your Diwali. Diwali is great festival and cannot be ruined by such incidence. The only thing I can say is cheer up, try again. Chakali takes good amount of practice and patience to perfect. And it has been challenge to even experienced cooks.

    Thanks for the recipe. Fakta mala sang ki chakli kurkurit honyasathi tyat mohan kiti ghalaycha? I cup chakli bhajani la kiti chamche mohan lagel?? ani pani ekas ek asa ghyaycha ka? majhyakade K-pra chi chakli bhajani aahe, tyat already tikhat-meeth aahe asa mhantlay, so fakta ova ani teel ghalave lagteel. Fakta mala pani ani tel kiti te sangsheel ka please...

    1 cup chakali bhajani 1 cup pani ani 1 tbsp tel

    Pani ukalavun tyat til, ova, tel ani mith (Bhajanit nasel tar) ghal. pani ukalale ki gas band karun bhajani panyat ghal dhavalun jhakun thev..garam kiva komat panyacha haat gheun madhyam mau dough banavun ghe ani chakalya kar.

    jar normal bhijavnar asshil tar thode mohan jast lagel..(2 chamche).. bhajani garam panyat bhijav.
    panyache praman sangu shakat nahi karan bhajni kiti bhajli ahe tyavar avalambun aste panyache praman...

    Thodese (vatibhar) bhajaniche pith microwave madhye 40-40 seconds microwave karu shakta. mhanje ekda 40 second microwave karun chamachyane mix karun parat tich process karu shakta. pith jara bhajle ki gaar hou dyat ani mag chakalya karun paha.
    kiva ardhe bhajaniche pith ani ardhe tandulache pith ghalun ukad kadhun chakalya karun paha.

  49. १ टीस्पून म्हणजे चहा पावडरच्या डब्यात जो लहान चमचा असतो तेवढ्या मापाचा. तसेच पदार्थ खाण्यासाठी घरात सर्वसाधारणपणे जो चमचा वापरतात तो चमचा वापरावा.
    ३ टीस्पून मिळून १ टेस्पून तयार होतो.
