नग: साधारण २० ते २२ मध्यम चकल्या
साहित्य:
१ कप चकलीची भाजणी
१ कप पाणी
१ टिस्पून हिंग
२ टिस्पून पांढरे तिळ
१/२ चमचा ओवा
१ टेस्पून लाल तिखट
१ टिस्पून तेल
चवीपुरते मिठ
कृती:
१) १ कप पाणी पातेल्यात उकळत ठेवावे. त्यात हिंग, लाल तिखट, तेल, ओवा, पांढरे तिळ आणि मीठ घालून ढवळावे.
२) पाणी उकळले कि गॅस बंद करावा, चकलीची भाजणी घालावी आणि ढवळावे. ७-८ मिनीटे झाकून ठेवावे.
३) कोमट पाण्याचा हात लावून पिठ मळावे.
४) चकलीच्या सोर्याला आतून तेलाचा हात लावावा म्हणजे पिठ चिकटणार नाही. सोर्यामध्ये चकलीच्या पिठाचा गोळा भरून चकल्या पाडाव्यात. मध्यम आचेवर चकल्या तळून घ्याव्यात.

The only thing I can say is cheer up, try again. Chakali takes good amount of practice and patience to perfect. And it has been challenge to even experienced cooks.

Pani ukalavun tyat til, ova, tel ani mith (Bhajanit nasel tar) ghal. pani ukalale ki gas band karun bhajani panyat ghal dhavalun jhakun thev..garam kiva komat panyacha haat gheun madhyam mau dough banavun ghe ani chakalya kar.
jar normal bhijavnar asshil tar thode mohan jast lagel..(2 chamche).. bhajani garam panyat bhijav.
panyache praman sangu shakat nahi karan bhajni kiti bhajli ahe tyavar avalambun aste panyache praman...

Thodese (vatibhar) bhajaniche pith microwave madhye 40-40 seconds microwave karu shakta. mhanje ekda 40 second microwave karun chamachyane mix karun parat tich process karu shakta. pith jara bhajle ki gaar hou dyat ani mag chakalya karun paha.
kiva ardhe bhajaniche pith ani ardhe tandulache pith ghalun ukad kadhun chakalya karun paha.
jar yapaiki kahich workout hot nasel tar chakalichya pithache chhan ghavan karta yetat kinva thalipithehi mast hotat. fakt thalipith kartana thodi kanik ghalavi.
