Chinese Paratha in Marathi

Time: 10-15 minutes
Makes: 4 medium parathas

I had some leftover spring roll stuffing in my fridge. So I decided to utilize and turn it into delicious parathas.


Ingredients:
1 cup Spring roll stuffing (Click here for the recipe)
Wheat flour
1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
Salt to taste
Oil

Method:
1) Take spring roll stuffing into a bowl. Add schezwan sauce and mix. Add wheat flour and 1 tbsp oil. Add little oil and knead. Check the taste and add salt if required.
2) Divide the dough into 2.5 inch portions. Roll into medium thick paratha. Roast both sides on hot tawa. Drizzle little ghee or oil while roasting.
Serve hot.
