Spring Rolls in Marathi
Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 20 spring rolls

3/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup Carrot Julianne
1/4 cup spring onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup french beans, thin slices
1 small bell pepper, Julianne
1/2 cup cooked noodles
2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
2 tsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp oil
1/4 to 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto (MSG)
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 cups oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
1) Heat 1 tbsp oil into a kadai. Add ginger and garlic. Saute and add french beans, spring onion, carrot and bell pepper. Saute over high flame for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce and ajinomoto and stir well.
2) Add salt, pepper and cabbage. Saute for around 30 seconds. Turn off the flame and mix the noodles in. Transfer it to a bowl.
3) Take the spring roll sheets. Place 1 spoon stuffing at the corner closer to you. Roll twice, then fold left and right edges. Roll again till the end. Use little water or the paste of maida and water. Stick the end.
Likewise, prepare all the spring rolls. Deep fry over medium heat.
Serve hot along-with chili sauce.
