Besan Ladu (English Version)

बिन पाकाचे बेसन लाडू (Easy Besan Ladoo Recipe in English)
साहित्य:
१ वाटी बेसन
१/२ वाटी साजूक तूप
पाऊण वाटी साखर
अर्धी वाटी पाणी
वेलची पूड
बेदाणे
कृती:
१) तूप पातेल्यात गरम करावे त्यात बेसन घालून मध्यम आचेवर खमंग भाजावे. बेसन गॅसवरून उतरवावे.
२) पाणी आणि साखर एकत्र गरम करत ठेवावे व त्याचा एकतारी पाक करावा.
३) तयार झालेला पाक गरम असतानाच भाजलेल्या बेसनात घालून ढवळावे. ढवळताना बेसनाची गोळी होण्याची शक्यता असते. त्याची काळजी घ्यावी.
४) हळूहळू पाक बेसनात मुरतो. मध्येमध्ये मिश्रण ढवळत राहावे. मिश्रणात वेलची पूड घालावी.मिश्रण थोडे घट्टसर झाले कि लाडू वळावेत. लाडू वळताना त्यावर एक एक बेदाणा लावावा.
टीप :
१) वरील कृतीमध्ये तूप बेताचेच घातले असल्याने मिश्रण पटकन आळते त्यामुळे मिश्रणावर लक्ष ठेवावे. मिश्रण जास्त आळले तर लाडू वळता येत नाहीत.

Hi Vaidhehi, I love your blog.
I tried to make the besan ladoo y'day but they didn't come out as expected :-(
My house was full of 'khamag ' smell of ladoo but the ladoos turned into powder.
Maybe my 'pak' wasn't good...
Could you pls give me some tips?

asa hota kadhi kadhi karan paak jara jast ghatta zala tar ha problem hou shakto. mhanun thoda dudhacha habka de ani malun bagh.
pudhachya velela jar paak kinchit ghatta vatla tar pakat thode pani ghal ani thode garam kar..ani magach besanat ghaal.. me lavkarach bin pakachya besanachya ladunchi recipe post karen..

I tried rava/besan laadu after reading this recipe :) It came out good but lilte dry so just need more info on ektaari PAAK. Can you tell me exactly how many minutes we should keep it on medium heat once the sugar is dissolved in water?

HI. My besan ladoo also didnot turn out as expected. I roasted it for almost 1 hour, and it looked great until then.. but once I added the sugar, they became all crumbly.. my kids love the taste, but cannot serve it to guests :( Is there a way to fix them?

Ektari pak karaycha asel tar, sakhar ani pani ekatra karun ukali yeu dyavi, mishran ukalayla lagle ki ekdum fesalel ani ardhya minitatach fes kami hoil. fes kami zala ki ektari pak zala ase samjave.

I always make Besan Ladu during diwali (bin pakachaya)and always ghee quantity becomes more and ladu starts sitting down..but with the help of u r tip of adding 3-4 tsp of milk when the batter is ready..helped me..thanks for this..
