DeleteHi Vaidehi,
ReplyDeleteI follow the same pattern of cooking the poha but it always turns dryish .... I am a bit stingy where oil is concerned ... is that the reason?? I want it to be nice and moist .... pls advise ... Thanks ...
Hi
DeleteIf you add less oil that required poha becomes dry. If you add more oil than required some part of poha gets fried due to extra oil and becomes hard.
You need to try and observe how much oil is required.
