पोळ्यांची कणिक - Dough for Chapati

Dough for Chapati in English


साहित्य:
१ कप कणिक
१ टिस्पून तेल + अजून थोडे तेल
चिमूटभर मिठ
कोमट पाणी

कृती:
१) कणकेमध्ये तेल आणि मिठ घालून निट मिक्स करावे. कोमट पाण्याने कणिक मऊसर मळून घ्यावी. लागल्यास थोडे तेल घेऊन कणिक व्यवस्थित तिंबून काढावी.
२) १० मिनीटे मळलेली कणिक झाकून ठेवावी. नंतर परत एकदा मळून घ्यावी. मळलेल्या कणकेचे ६ मध्यम गोळे करून घ्यावे.

टीप:
१) कणिक खुप घट्ट मळू नये, पोळ्या कडक होतात. तसेच एकदम सैलही मळू नयेत. यामुळे लाटताना पोळी हाताळणे कठिण होते.
२) पोळ्यांची संख्या हि पोळीच्या आकारावर आणि जाडीवर (thickness) वर अवलंबून आहे.

    if u take exactly half water of the ammount of flour...it will give u best result.(this proportion is when u knead with hands and not for food processor)....:-)

    batata bhaji oily honyasathi don-tin reasons asu shaktat..1) jar soda jast ghatla tar 2) bhijavalele pith garajepeksha jast patal zale tar 3) kiva bhaji kami aachevar talali tar bhaji tel pitat.

    mala kanda bhaji 'garam' hote mhanje kay te kalale nahi..plz explain

    kanda bhaji naram hote karan tyat pani ghatle tar... kanda bhaji kartana shakyato pani ghaluch naye.. kandyala mith lavle ki tyala kahi minutes madhye pani sutate tya olavyatach pith ghalun ghattasar bhijavave.
