Hi Vaidehi,
ReplyDeleteYour blog is a saving grace to me. I am currently in Germany and am a vegetarian, so there are very few options for me to eat outside. So, I have to prepare something or the other at home and I was tired with the same old bhaji poli, varan bhaat. I tried the onion cheese parathas and they turned out to be yummy. My husband and son both savored it. Only drawback was that the sides of the parathas became thick and hard after some time. But will surely try them again. Thanks to you and keep up the good work.
Thank you Mrunalini for this lovely comment.
