I try to grind coconut for chutaney as smooth as possible ,but I am not able to make it as paste,it remains hard,please tell which type of grinder i should use to get good quality of coconut chatney

ReplyDeleteI used Tostitos corn tortilla scoops ..If you are staying in US.. you will get it in any supermarket.. If you don't get scoops, you can use any tortilla chips. They are available in strips, triangular or round shape..But scoops are better because its easy to stuff all chaat ingredients inside without spilling out..
Now a days these scoops are available in baked form..
i tried mkaing the rava laddus.....but somehow it dint turn dry despite using the same measurement as mentioned in the recipe.... can u please let me knwo what went wrong ?

ReplyDeleteतांदूळ शिजवताना नेहमी दुप्पट पाणी घालावे. किंचित मऊसर भात हवा असेल तर अडीचपट पाणी घालावे.
जर तांदूळ जुना असेल तर जास्त पाणी शोषतो. म्हणून जुना तांदूळ असेल तर सव्वादोनपट पाणी घालावे.
