DeleteLooks like this Brown gravy has lot of oil. Is there any healthy alternative or way to reduce it?
DeleteHello
DeleteI know its not healthy  However, to make it restaurant style, this much oil is required. I have tried with less oil and the taste wasn't up to the mark. You may try it with less oil.
Can we use pumpkin seeds instead of melon seeds to thicken the gravy?
