Pavbhaji Paratha in Marathi
Time: 10 to 15 minutes
Yield: 4 to 5 medium paratha
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pavbhaji (Leftover)
1/2 cup wheat flour (approx)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Method:
1) Mash pavbhaji with hand. Add wheat flour, red chili powder and salt to taste. Make a soft dough.
2) Divide the dough into lemon sized balls. Roll and make paratha. Roast over hot tawa. Keep the flame between low and medium. You may use little ghee or butter while roasting.
3) Once paratha is well roasted, garnish with grated cheese (optional) and serve.
Tip:
1) To make it kid friendly, do not add extra red chili powder.
