वाढणी: २ जणांसाठी

साहित्य:
पाउण कप बासमती/ साधा तांदूळ
वाटण : २ टिस्पून धणे, २ टिस्पून जिरे, १/२ कप कोथिंबीर, ३-४ मिरी, ४-५ लाल सुक्या मिरच्या हे सर्व मिक्सरवर वाटून घ्यावे.
६-७ काजू बी
दिड टिस्पून गोडा मसाला (काळा मसाला)
१ टिस्पून साखर
१ टिस्पून गूळ
चवीपुरते मीठ
२ टिस्पून तेल
१/४ टिस्पून मोहोरी
१/४ टिस्पून हळद
तांदूळाच्या अडीचपट पाणी


कृती:
१) तांदूळ धुवून १० मिनीटे निथळत ठेवणे.
२) नॉनस्टीक फ्राईंग पॅनमध्ये २ चमचे तेल गरम करून मोहोरी, हळद, काजू घालून तांदूळ परतून घ्यावे. तांदूळ परतताना दुसर्या गॅसवर २ कप पाणी गरम करत ठेवावे.
३) तांदूळ चांगले परतले गेल्यावर त्यात गरम केलेले पाणी घालावे. बारीक गॅसवर उकळी काढावी.
४) उकळी आल्यावर तयार केलेले वाटण, गोडा मसाला, चवीपुरते मीठ, साखर, गूळ घालावा. भांड्यावर झाकण ठेवून मंद गॅसवर वाफ काढावी.
५) खाताना भातावर साजूक तूप आणि खवलेला ओला नारळ घ्यावा.

  3. This is an ideal masale bhat, there are so many recipes online which are not even close to Aai's recipe of Masale Bhat, and with this cold mattha (masala Butter milk) hmmm.......... yummy.

  14. Khupach chhan zala hota masalebhaat.. Tumachya recipes khup sopya, perfect ani baryachda gharaat available asalelya ingredients chya asataat..Mala khara tar cooking chi vishesh avad navati.. pan tumachya sopya recipes ni experiment karayala inspiration dile ani he experiments almost successful zale :) :).. Tyamule aaj kaal ek recipe complete hotana ata navin kuthachi karayachi ase vichar chalu asataat.. Thanks to you!!
