Chinese Coins in Marathi
Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 8 Coins
Ingredients:
8 slices of bread
1/2 cup carrot julienne
1/2 cup french beans, diagonal thin slices
1/2 cup Capsicum, finely chopped
1/2 cup cooked Noodles
1.5 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp oil
1 tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
Butter
Schezwan Sauce
Method:
1) Heat oil into a kadai. Saute garlic and ginger. Add Carrot, french beans and capsicum. Saute over high heat.
2) After sauteing for around 30 to 50 seconds, add noodles and soy sauce. Sprinkle some salt. Toss well. Transfer this topping to another plate.
3) With the help of round steel container or cookie cutter, cut the bread slices into rounds. Toast these rounds. Apply some butter before toasting. Both the sides should be brown.
4) Put a spoonful of veggie-noodles mixture on top. Drizzle some schezwan sauce on top. Serve instantly.
