Sesame Honey Tofu in Marathi
Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2-3 persons
Ingredients:
150 gram Tofu
1 tsp roasted sesame seeds
1 medium red capsicum
1 small onion
7-8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 inch piece of ginger, julienne
2 green chilies
1 tsp honey
1.5 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste

Method:
1) Cut capsicum into medium cubes. Finely chop green chillies. Thinly slice the onion.
2) Cut tofu into medium cubes. Heat a tawa. Drizzle some oil. Roast tofu over medium heat till the sides becomes pinkish red.
3) Heat 1 tsp oil into a pan. Add garlic and ginger. Saute. Add green chili and onion. Saute. Add red capsicum and saute for a minute.
4) Add soy sauce and mix. Add tofu and toss well.
5) Add salt and vinegar. Mix.
6) Add roasted sesame seeds and honey. Coat well.
Serve hot.
