Khari Lassi in Marathi

Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 3-4 servings

Ingredients:
2.5 cups yogurt
1.5 to 2 cups water
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
salt to taste

Method:
1) Take chilled yogurt. Whisk well. Add chilled water, black salt, cumin powder and normal salt. whisk again or blend into a blender. Serve. You may add few ice cubes.

Tips:
1) Take 2 tbsp chopped cilantro and few mint leaves. Add little salt and crush nicely. Add it to the lassi for more taste.
2) Few drops of lemon juice or ginger juice will add more flavor to the lassi.
