Time: 30 to 35 minutes
10 medium laddus
1.5 cup Raagi flour (Nachni Flour)
1/2 to 3/4 cup Pure Ghee (melted)
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup Thick poha
2 to 3 tbsp dry coconut, grated and roasted
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
3 tbsp Milk
Raisins, cashew-nuts, Almonds chopped
1) Add ghee into a pan. Deep fry poha and remove immediately with a slotted spoon. Add ragi flour and fry over low heat. Fry for around 15 minutes or till you sense the aroma of the roasted flour. Keep stirring. If you stop stirring the flour will burn.
2) Once the flour is well done, add milk. The mixture will become bubbly. Stir well. Remove it from the heat.
3) Once mixture is warm, add fried poha, roasted coconut, cardamom powder, powdered sugar and nuts. Mix well and make laddus.
