साहित्य:
२०० ग्राम पनीर
२ टेस्पून बटर
२ टीस्पून आलेलसूण पेस्ट
१ मध्यम कांदा
२ लहान टोमॅटो
२ टीस्पून धणेपूड
१ टीस्पून गरम मसाला पावडर
१ ते २ टीस्पून लाल तिखट
१ टीस्पून टोमॅटो सॉस
१ कप दूध
तेल
चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
मीठ
कृती:
१) सर्वप्रथम पनीरचे तुकडे करून ते नॉनस्टीक फ्राईंग पॅनमध्ये थोडे तेल घालून शालो फ्राय करून घ्यावे.
२) कांदा उभा पातळ चिरून घ्यावा आणि नॉनस्टीक फ्राईंग पॅनमध्ये ३-४ चमचे तेलावर खरपूस तळून घ्यावा. पेपर टॉवेलवर काढून अधिकचे तेल काढून टाकावे.
३) २ टोमॅटो उकडून घ्यावेत. साले काढून त्याची दाटसर प्युरी करावी.
४) धणेपूड, गरम मसाला, लाल तिखट, टोमॅटो सॉस, टोमॅटो प्युरी, आणि दूध एकत्र ढवळून ग्रेव्हीसाठी मिश्रण तयार करावे. मिश्रण एकदम पातळ किंवा एकदम घट्ट नसावे.
५) कढईत बटर वितळवावे. आले लसूण पेस्ट घालून परतावी. तळलेला कांदा घालावा. ग्रेव्हीसाठी तयार केलेले मिश्रण घालावे. मध्यम आचेवर ५ मिनीट झाकण ठेवून शिजू द्यावे. मीठ घालावे. फ्राय केलेले पनीरचे तुकडे घालावे. १ उकळी काढावी. कोथिंबीर पेरून गरम गरम सर्व्ह करावे.
टीप :
१) आवडत असल्यास वरून थोडे क्रिम घालावे.
२) लाल तिखटाचे प्रमाण गरजेनुसार कमी जास्त करावे.

ReplyDeleteThanks for putting together all these nice and simple recipes for tasty dishes.. One question though - I see u have mentioned at multiple places - tomato puri, tomato paste, tomato sauce. Can you give more details.. like difference between tomato puri, paste etc..

Tomato puree is what we generally make at home (puree of blanched tomato). Tomato paste is a thick concentrate of tomatoes (Better to buy canned one). and tomato sauce is sort of tomato puree but it may be flavored with some spices..
