Pineapple Coconut smoothie in Marathi
Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 to 3 persons
Ingredients:
1.5 cups Pineapple juice
1 cup Coconut milk
1/2 cup yogurt
2-3 drops pineapple essence
Sugar syrup, to your taste
Method:
1) Pour pineapple juice into ice-cube tray. Freeze it.
2) Once pineapple juice is solid, put it into blender. Also add coconut milk, pineapple essence and sugar syrup. Grind well till smooth.
Pour into serving glass. Garnish with pineapple piece.
