Tandoori Gobhi
Time: 20 Minutes
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
1/4 kg cauliflower florets
3/4 cup yogurt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala OR tandoor masala
1/2 tsp chaat masala
2 tsp corn flour
salt to taste
1 medium Onion, julienne
1 tbsp lemon juice or to taste

Method:
1) Parboil cauliflower florets. You can microwave the washed florets for 3 minutes. (Immerse the florets in water, and drain the water. Put them in microwave safe bowl. Add some water to create steam. Cover the
bowl and microwave.)
2) Mix yogurt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, garam masala, chaat masala, corn flour and salt. Add half-cooked florets and marinate. Keep it covered into fridge for 2 hours.
3) Preheat tandoor for 3-4 minutes. Line the tray with aluminum foil and Grease with some oil. Arrange florets separately. Drizzle few drops of oil on each floret. Roast them in the tandoor until light brown, flipping the sides once or twice.
4) Transfer them into a serving plate. Garnish with some onion julianne, drizzle some lemon juice. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder and some salt. serve hot.
In each bite, combine tandoor gobhi and onion to make it more delicious.
