Scrambled Tofu in Marathi
Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
150 gram Tofu, crumbled
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato , finely chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp oil, 2 pinches cumin seeds, 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 green chili, finely chopped
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
1) Heat oil into a pan. Add cumin and let it sizzle. Add turmeric powder, green chili and onion. Saute till onion becomes soft.
2) Then add tomato and bell pepper. Saute for couple of minutes.
3) Add crumbled tofu and mix well. Sprinkle salt, garam masala and coriander powder. Saute for a minute.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
