Yogurt-Peanuts chutney in Marathi
Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 3-4 servings
Ingredients:
3 tbsp roasted peanuts powder (shengdanyacha koot)
3 to 4 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp green chili paste, coarse
1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 pinches sugar (optional)
Pinch of cumin powder (optional)
Method:
Whisk the yogurt. Add chili paste, cilantro, salt, sugar, cumin powder and peanuts powder. Mix. You may pulse once or twice the chutney in mixi. Do not make a fine paste. This chutney tastes good if kept slightly coarse.
Tips:
1) Yogurt should be slightly sour. If not, then add little lemon juice.
2) You may change the quantity of peanuts powder and yogurt.
