ReplyDeleteI loved this recipe.I somehow do not like the steamed and fried wadis.they are abit hard. But these willbe nice and soft.Great.Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThanks Shubha. Yeah the steamed one becomes a bit hard. The above method makes soft and tasty Kothimbir wadi.
ReplyDeleteHi Vaidehi,
ReplyDeletecan we bake the vadis instead of frying or shallow frying them? would that work? if yes then what should be the temperature and duration?
Hello Deepa
DeleteYes you can bake them. Brush little oil and arrange wadis into a baking tray. Bake them on approx 300 F (150 C). It may take around 7 to 8 minutes. Flip the sides occasionally.
I m new to ur blog . Today I tried ur above recipe and it's very easy and tasty too. Thanks for recipe.
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
