Moong dal Laddu In Marathi

Ingredients:
1 cup Mung dal flour (a little coarse)
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Golden raisins, almond and pistachio pieces.

Method:
1) Melt ghee into a pan. Add mung dal flour and roast over low heat. Keep stirring
2) Once flour is well-roasted, drizzle some milk and mix. Turn off the heat.
3) Let the roasted flour cools down. Then add powdered sugar and mix well without any lumps. Also add dry fruits and cardamom powder.
When well-blended, make round shaped laddus.
