Paneer Kheer in Marathi

Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 3 to 4

Ingredients:
1 cup grated paneer (big hole grater)
5 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
3 tbsp slices of almonds and pistachio

Method:

1) Simmer milk till it reduces to 50%. Now add grated paneer and almond-pistachio slices. Simmer for few minutes.
2) Add sugar and boil further for 3-4 minutes. Add cardamom powder. Mix well.
Let it come to room temperature. Then refrigerate.
Serve chilled.
