Raagi Flour Kheer in Marathi
Time: 5 to 10 minutes
Servings: 1 to 2 servings
Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp Raagi Flour (नाचणी)
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp jaggery (or to your taste)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder or nutmeg powder
Method:
1) Mix Ragi flour, water and milk together into a pan. The mixture should be lump-free.
2) Simmer and stir this mixture till thick. Add jaggery and cardamom powder. Stir till jaggery dissolves.
Serve warm.
Tip:
1) You may add only milk instead of water+milk.
