Spring Roll Wrappers in Marathi
Time: 30 minutes
20 wrappers
Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp corn starch or tapioca starch (sabudana flour)
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup arrowroot powder or corn starch (for dusting)

Method:
1) Take all purpose flour, 1 tbsp corn starch, oil and salt into a bowl. Add water and knead a medium consistency dough. Cover and rest for 1 hour.
2) Divide the dough into 18 to 20 equal portions. Use arrowroot powder for dusting. Roll and make paper-thin circle.
3) Heat a nonstick tawa on low heat. Roast the wrappers, each side for 5 seconds. We don't want any dark spots on the wrappers. So keep the cooking time very short.
4) Once the wrapper is roasted, keep it on to a plate and cover with a towel.
5) likewise cook all the wrappers.
Try to use them on the same day. If you have any leftovers, you may keep them in a plastic bag and refrigerate. Sometimes wrappers may break after refrigeration.
Tip:
1) Use arrowroot powder or corn starch for dusting. It will help to make thin wrappers.
