उडदाचे डांगर - Urad Dangar

Urad Dal Dangar (Powder) in English

कोकणात हे डांगर तोंडीलावणी म्हणून वापरतात.

साहित्य:
दिड कप उडीद डाळ (शक्यतो सालासकट)
१ टेस्पून जिरे
१/२ टेस्पून हिंग
५-६ लाल सुक्या मिरच्या
१/२ टेस्पून तेल

कृती:
१) उडीद डाळ खमंग भाजून घ्यावी. लाल मिरच्यांचे तुकडे १/२ चमचा तेलावर भाजून घ्यावे. जर बिया नको असतील तर त्यातील बिया काढून टाकाव्यात.
२) भाजलेली उडीदडाळ, १ टेस्पून जिरे, १/२ टेस्पून हिंग आणि भाजलेल्या लाल मिरच्या एकत्र करून बारीक दळून आणावे.

१ चमचा डांगरात दही, कांदा किंवा लसूण आणि मिठ घालून तोंडीलावणी म्हणून खायला छान लागते.

    Hee recipe vachun khup chaan watala.

    My aaji use to make udid dangar. She also use to make Pohyache dangar (she use to call it laatya)
