Urad Dal Dangar (Powder) in English
कोकणात हे डांगर तोंडीलावणी म्हणून वापरतात.
साहित्य:
दिड कप उडीद डाळ (शक्यतो सालासकट)
१ टेस्पून जिरे
१/२ टेस्पून हिंग
५-६ लाल सुक्या मिरच्या
१/२ टेस्पून तेल
कृती:
१) उडीद डाळ खमंग भाजून घ्यावी. लाल मिरच्यांचे तुकडे १/२ चमचा तेलावर भाजून घ्यावे. जर बिया नको असतील तर त्यातील बिया काढून टाकाव्यात.
२) भाजलेली उडीदडाळ, १ टेस्पून जिरे, १/२ टेस्पून हिंग आणि भाजलेल्या लाल मिरच्या एकत्र करून बारीक दळून आणावे.
१ चमचा डांगरात दही, कांदा किंवा लसूण आणि मिठ घालून तोंडीलावणी म्हणून खायला छान लागते.
