Ingredients:
35 grams Soy Granules
1 tsp Ghee
¼ tsp Cumin seeds
Pinch of Hing
4 to 5 Curry leaves
1 or two Green Chilli, finely chopped
1 small Onion chopped
1 tbsp Green Peas
1 tbsp Carrot small dice
1 tbsp French beans chopped
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Coriander chopped
1 tsp Ghee
¼ tsp Cumin seeds
Pinch of Hing
4 to 5 Curry leaves
1 or two Green Chilli, finely chopped
1 small Onion chopped
1 tbsp Green Peas
1 tbsp Carrot small dice
1 tbsp French beans chopped
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Coriander chopped
Directions:
- Soak soy granules into cold water for 4-5 minutes. Squeeze out all the water.
- Heat ghee into a pan. Add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, green chili. Sauté.
- Add Onion and sauté till translucent. Add green peas, carrot and french beans. Add little water and let everything cook well.
- Add squeezed soy granules and some water. Also add sugar and salt. Cook till water is almost evaporated. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.
Note:
- Replace ghee with Oil to make it vegan.
- Add cashew nuts to add little crunch to the umpa.
