Aloo Raita in Marathi
Time: 10 minutes
1 cup Raita
Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes
1/2 cup yogurt
1 green chili, crushed
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 tsp cumin powder
2-3 pinches black salt
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
Method:
1) Boil and peel potatoes. Cut and make small cubes.
2) Whisk the yogurt. Add cumin powder, black salt, normal salt, sugar, crushed green chili and cilantro into yogurt and mix well.
3) add potato cubes. Crumble slightly.
Serve it with paratha.
