२०० ग्राम पनीर, बोटाच्या आकाराचे उभे काप
१ टेस्पून कॉर्न फ्लोअर
१ टेस्पून मैदा
चवीपुरते मिठ
१ टिस्पून लाल तिखट
::::मॅरीनेशनसाठी::::
२ टिस्पून चिली सॉस
२ टिस्पून सोयासॉस
तळण्यासाठी तेल

लहान मुलांसाठी बनवताना लाल तिखट अजिबात घालू नये तसेच मॅरीनेशनमध्ये चिली सॉस अगदी कमी घालावा किंवा तो न घालता टोमॅटो केचप घालावा.

कृती:
१) चिली सॉस आणि सोयासॉस एका मध्यम बाऊलमध्ये मिक्स करावे. पनीरचे तुकडे या मिश्रणात ५ मिनीटे मॅरीनेट करून ठेवावे.
२) दुसर्‍या एका भांड्यात कॉर्न फ्लोअर, मैदा, मीठ आणि लाल तिखट मिक्स करावे. पनीरचे मॅरीनेट केलेले तुकडे कॉर्न फ्लोअर-मैद्याच्या मिश्रणात घोळवून घ्यावे. आणि तेल गरम करून त्यात सोनेरी रंगावर तळून घ्यावे.
चिली सॉसबरोबर गरमागरम सर्व्ह करावेत.

  9. We don't need too much sauce on paneer. we just need to make paneer little wet, so that when we dust paneer slices with dry mixture, they will get coated lightly.

    chili sauce and soy sauce gives a nice flavor and taste to this dish.
    If both of these are unavailable, you may add maggi hot and sweet sauce. However it won't taste as good as it would taste with chili sauce marination.
