Cold Coffee in Marathi
Time: 5 to 8 minutes
Serves: 2 persons
Ingredients:
1 cup chilled Milk (or half and half)
6 tbsp condensed milk (Add more if you like)
1 and 1/2 tsp instant coffee
few ice cubes
Method:
1) Take 2 tbsp warm milk. Dissolve instant coffee in it. Then add it to the chilled milk.
2) Put the chilled milk, condensed milk into a blender and blend well. (Check the sweetness. You may add little condensed milk if you want your cold coffee more sweet)
3) Take two serving glasses. Add few ice-cubes. Pour the coffee. Also, sprinkle little instant coffee on top. Serve immediately.
Tip:
1) You can adjust the amount of condensed milk and instant coffee according to your taste.
2) Half and Half is a mixture of milk and cream in equal proportion. Cold coffee made with half and half becomes nice and thick. Due to the cream, cold coffee becomes more frothy.

Just awesome. Your description and pictures are so good that even who can't cook can make it. Keep up the good job!
