Chapati Noodles in Marathi
Time: 15 minutes
Serving: 1
Ingredients:
2 chapati
Oil for frying noodles
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp ginger-garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup capsicum, thinly sliced
1/4 cup carrot, thinly sliced
1/4 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp corn flour
1/4 cup water
little salt
green part of spring onion, chopped
Method:
1) Cut chapati into thin strips.
2) Heat oil into a kadai and deep fry chapati strips till crispy. Transfer them to a tissue paper.
3) Heat 1 tsp oil into a pan. Saute ginger-garlic. Then add soya sauce, green chilli, onion, carrot, capsicum and cabbage. Saute for a minute.
4) Make a paste of corn flour and water. Add into the pan. Add schezwan sauce. Blend well. Add fried chapati noodles. Sprinkle little salt. Toss well. Serve instantly.
