12-15 small florets of Cauliflower, steamed

1/2 cup steamed green Peas
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped

Add little water and salt. Cover and let the pavbhaji cook for few minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent pavbhaji sticking at the bottom. Mash Pavbhaji nicely.
5) Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

While serving, Add little lemon juice, butter and chopped cilantro. Serve with Pavbhaji bread (ladipav)

1) To enhance the richness, use butter instead of oil while tempering.
2) Buttered bread taste great with Pavbhaji. For that, heat tawa, add little butter and press a bun on the butter. Coat bun with melted butter and let it become golden slightly.
