    I used Tostitos corn tortilla scoops ..If you are staying in US.. you will get it in any supermarket.. If you don't get scoops, you can use any tortilla chips. They are available in strips, triangular or round shape..But scoops are better because its easy to stuff all chaat ingredients inside without spilling out..

    Now a days these scoops are available in baked form..

  50. Hi वैदेही, तांदूळ शिजवताना माप कसे घ्यावे..म्हणजे अर्धी वाटी जर तांदूळ असेल तर किती वाटी पाणी घ्यावे म्हणजे भात चांगला शिजेल..

    तांदूळ शिजवताना नेहमी दुप्पट पाणी घालावे. किंचित मऊसर भात हवा असेल तर अडीचपट पाणी घालावे.
    जर तांदूळ जुना असेल तर जास्त पाणी शोषतो. म्हणून जुना तांदूळ असेल तर सव्वादोनपट पाणी घालावे.
