  15. Hiii, 1/2 stick unsalted butter means how much? and wht is unsalted butter?

    ReplyDelete
  16. 1/2 stick butter means 4 tbsp butter

readymade butters like amul butter has salty taste which is not suitable for cake baking. Hence, use butter which does not contain salt. If you don't get the unsalted butter, use homemade butter.
