Maharashtrian, Solkadhi, Marathi, Kokum Kadhi, Malvani Kadhi, Konkani Recipes

    wud suggest using KOKUM LIQUID EXTRACT......against KOKUM DRIED FRUITS..its just a suggestion...the fruit gives more flavour...but the extract liquid with salt as preservative is available in cans...its more easy

    1. Hello Vinaya

      1) sometimes the color depends on the color of Kokum.
      2) Next time add little more coconut milk. You might have used little less coconut milk than required.
      3) Also try it using readymade coconut milk.

      Thank you for posting comment. If you are making this recipe as an accompaniment in a meal, then the above quantity is for 2 to 3 persons. If you want to make it in large proportion then multiply accordingly.
