कांद्याची पातळ चकती १-२
१ टेस्पून बटर
चिमूटभर काळे मिठ
:::::हिरवी चटणी::::
दिड कप कोथिंबीर
४-५ हिरव्या मिरच्या
१ टिस्पून जिरपूड
किंचीत साखर
चवीनुसार मिठ

कृती:
१) सर्वात आधी हिरवी चटणी बनवून घ्यावी. दिड कप कोथिंबीर, ४-५ हिरव्या मिरच्या, १ टिस्पून जिरपूड, चवीनुसार मिठ, साखर आणि थोडे पाणी एकत्र करून मिक्सरमध्ये बारीक वाटून चटणी करावी.
२) ब्रेडच्या कडा नको असतील तर काढून टाकाव्यात. दोन्ही ब्रेडच्या एका बाजूला आधी बटर आणि चटणी लावून घ्यावी.
३) एका ब्रेडवर आधी काकडीचे काप पसरून लावावेत. त्यावर टोमॅटोचे काप ठेवावेत. त्यावर काळे मिठ भुरभुरावे. त्यावर बटाट्याच्या चकत्या लावाव्यात, किंचीत मिठ पेरावे आणि त्यावर कांद्याची चकती ठेवावी. बटर आणि चटणी लावलेला ब्रेडचा स्लाईस यावर ठेवावा.
सुरीने तुकडे करावेत. हिरवी चटणी किंवा टोमॅटो सॉसबरोबर सर्व्ह करावे.

  10. पावाच्या एका बाजुला जॅम लावावा, चीज ही थोडॆसे टाकावे. एकावेळी पाच सहा तरी खावीत. काही जण यात बीट सुद्धा टाकतात

    All your recipes are awesome and fullproof! Thanks a million for sharing them.

    I plan to make these sandwitches for summer bday party in US. Can these be made day before? Or will these turn soggy? Also, could you please suggest some other good menu ideas for summer bday party?

    I must say there is hardly any day when I dont get a chance to visit Chakali, else it is like daily newspaper routine :)

    1. Hello,
      Thanks for being a regular visitor of chakali blog. Due to some inevitable reasons i was not able to update the blog or I couldn't reply on time.
      It is not advisable to prepare sandwiches in advance as the vegetables will get soggy. it is always better to serve them fresh (you may prepare them and keep in the refrigerator for an hour or two.. not more than that) Also make the chutney little thick.

    3. Alongwith sandwiches you can serve french fries or readymade chips. To make the meal stomach-full, serve cold coffee after the sandwiches.
