Sabudana Chiwada (English Version)

साहित्य:
१ वाटी नायलॉन साबुदाणा
पाउण वाटी शेंगदाणे

पाव वाटी सुके खोबरे (ऑप्शनल)
तळण्यासाठी तेल
१ लहान चमचा जिरेपूड
लाल तिखट
चवीपुरते मीठ
चवीपुरती साखर

कृती:
१) सर्वप्रथम साबुदाणे तळून घ्यावेत. एका पेपर टॉवेलवर काढून मग एखाद्या पसरट भांड्यात काढावे.
२) नंतर शेंगदाणे आणि सुक्या खोबर्याचे पातळ काप तळून घ्यावे. दोन्ही पेपर टॉवेलवर काढून अधिकचे तेल काढून टाकावे.
३) तळलेल्या साबुदाण्याला चवीपुरते मीठ, साखर, लाल तिखट, जिरेपूड लावून घ्यावे. त्यात तळलेले शेंगदाणे, खोबर्याचे काप घालावे. सर्व निट मिक्स करावे.

टीप:
१) लाल तिखटाऐवजी जर हिरवी मिरची घालायची असेल तर २-३ मिरच्या तळून घ्याव्यात व त्या चुरून घालाव्यात.

    Thanks for stopping by my blog..I don't think that normal sabudana will work directly.
    I know one trick which may work, but I have not tried it before. So try it on small portion. when you'll make Sabudana Khichdi next time, make 1/2 cup extra khichdi. Dry this 1/2 cup khichdi into direct sunlight. Then deep fry the sun-dried Sabudana Khichdi...spice it up with chili powder, cumin powder, salt and sugar. Taste will not be the same, but it will be similar.

    Do not soak nylon sabudana. Deep fry as it is.
